Deny Breitwieser Was Fighting

Relatives of Charles A. Breitwieser, formerly of Allegheny, who died Monday, April 29, the result of having been struck by a billiard cue in Cleveland deny that he was engaged in a fight at the time he was struck. He was a collector for a wine merchant and went into the place the assault occurred in while in the discharge of his duty. His relatives say he was attacked without provocation.
